Stenting central venous stenoses and occlusions.

When will you primarily stent a critical stenosis or total occlusion of the great veins of the chest (SVC and BCVs) once you cross it, even if balloon angioplasty restores reasonable luminal caliber, or will you do so if/when the patient relapses?
